Clue is a Berlin-based femtech company behind one of the most widely used menstrual and reproductive health apps.
Their marketing stack already had most of the right parts. A CRM was in place. Webinars were drawing real interest. Campaigns were running. None of it talked to each other.
The challenge
Webinar registrants landed in one system and stayed there, so the interest an event generated decayed within a week of the event ending.
Landing pages were built one at a time with no shared structure, which meant there was no reliable way to tell a page that worked from one that did not. And because nothing was tracked from first touch through to conversion, the question of what actually drove results came down to whoever argued hardest.
Connecting the pieces
We rebuilt the CRM workflows in HubSpot so registrants flowed into segmented nurture instead of sitting in an export nobody opened.
Landing pages moved onto Unbounce with a shared structure and an actual testing discipline, which turned page performance into something measurable rather than a matter of opinion.
The webinar engine
The webinar program got an email strategy built around it rather than bolted on afterwards: pre-event sequences, post-event follow-up keyed to whether someone actually attended, and segmentation that treated those two groups differently.
The point was to stop letting a well-attended event go cold seven days later.
The results
Over six months, webinar registrations went from 24 to 513. Landing page conversion moved from 1% to 32%, and email click rate from 3% to 21%.
Underneath the numbers, the more useful change was visibility: what drove a conversion stopped being a debate and started being something the team could look up.
“Aspect came in and tied everything together. They rebuilt our CRM workflows, built out an email marketing strategy around our webinar program, and gave us real visibility into what was driving conversions.”
